—  Freitas Vineyards 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon  —
This cabernet has aromas of cassis, spicy blackberries, boysenberry, and a touch of oak.  On the palate, blackberries, plum and licorice jump from the wine and coat the tongue with a strong, tannic finish.
glass 12/ bottle 37.50

—  DA Ranch 2015 Capra
This wine has a very powerful bouquet of smoke and leather coupled with herbs and BBQ spices.  Reminds me of grilling ribs over a campfire in west Arizona.
glass 12/ bottle 37.50

—  Keeling Schaefer 2014 Reserve Syrah
This amazing syrah is an expression of the true potential of Arizona wines.  Aromas of dark plum, blackberries and oaky vanilla.  Black and purple fruit on the palate with a smooth tannin.

Arizona Whites

—  Gallifant Cellars 2012 Chenin Blanc
A crisp and refreshing wine with notes of white pear, yellow apple, melon, and honeydew.  A great wine to start the evening off with or to pair with a fruit and cheese salad.  Nicely balanced with fruity flavors, acids and sugars.
glass 6/ bottle 18

—  Bodega Pierce 2016 Malvasia Bianca
An elegant white wine with a slightly sweet and floral nose, subtle tropical notes with many fruit flavors that teem and burst on the palate.  Arizona's star white grape!

An Italian grape from the Piedmont region of northern Italy.  Apricot and peach notes on the palate followed by subtle pineapple with a medium body feel in the mouth
glass 10/ bottle 29

A pinot grigio and symphony blend.  Crisp gala apples on the front introduce the palate to a long, lingering finish.  A subtle hint of sweetness provides a soft and exciting experience.
glass 10/ bottle 30

100% Chardonnay aged 6 months in neutral French oak.  A smooth and velvety chardonnay that glides over the palate and brings on notes of apple, pear, and pineapple.

Does the notion of a clean, cool and crisp riesling accented by the mouthwatering crunch of a perfectly ripe green apple sound good? We think so.
glass 7.50/ bottle 22

—  Del Rio Springs Vignoles  —
Aromas of honeysuckle and wildflowers evolve into peach, pineapple, and mango, with topical fruits on the palate.  This wine is smooth and creamy with a long, lingering citrus finish.
